5 - Order confirmation
Your order will be confirmed by sending an email to the registered address. By keeping and printing this email, you have proof of your order, which we advise you to keep. After confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel your order unless you inform Melinda Limoges immediately by phone or email.
6 - Delivery - minimum order
No minimum order is required.
7 - Complaints
Any complaints and reservations must be communicated to Melinda Limoges within 24 hours and must be noted on the order form.
8 - Payment
Payment must be made by credit card at the time of ordering on the website. We use Stripe as a payment solution.
9 - Delivery
As the ordered products are virtual, the delivery of your service is considered immediate and will be transmitted via email.
10 - Product availability
The availability of products may vary on a daily basis. Any unavailable product will be removed from the list of products available for order on the website. However, if an out-of-stock product is presented on the website as available, an equivalent product will be proposed to you following contact from the store .
If you do not accept this equivalent product, your order will be immediately canceled.
11 - Price management
Prices may be revised at any time without notice. The prices invoiced are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are subject to the applicable VAT rate. In the event that this rate is changed, our prices will be revised accordingly.
12 - Legal information
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning you. To exercise these rights, please send a letter to the address of the store indicated on the homepage.
